Refund and Returns Policy

Although we cannot accept returns for plants and trees, our Guarantee ensures coverage for any issues that arise with your plants within the first 30 days. This policy helps us maintain the health of our plants and protects them from any pests or diseases they may encounter after leaving our nursery.

If you encounter any problems with your plants within the first 30 days, please contact us via phone, chat, or email. Our team will assess your concerns and, if necessary, offer a one-time replacement at no charge.

Should you have an issue with your plant or tree, please reach out to us immediately so we can provide professional assistance and arrange for a replacement if necessary. Instead of returning your plant, we encourage you to make a positive impact on the environment – plant it, compost it, or pass it along to a friend!

Garden supplies and hard goods, such as fertilizers, planting mixes, kits, containers, tools, hoses, and watering bags, can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the items are in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee for returns of garden supplies.

Before returning any supplies or hard goods, please contact us to inform us of your intention.
