Cancellation and Exchange your order

Q: How do I process to cancel the order?

All the orders that were created during the day will be closed at 18:00 pm (-8:00) everyday. Therefore, a request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within the time frame of placing the order on the site, We will accept cancellation requests within 12 hours. Besides, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. In case you would like to cancel the order, you must contact our customer support team by writing to support@tomgardens.com to get help quickly.

Q: How do I change my order information?

  • All the orders that were created during the day will be closed at 18:00 pm (-8:00) everyday. Therefore, we do not accept any requests that are not sent within the time frame.
  • If you have made a mistake and chose the wrong address to be delivered. Not to worry, you can change your address within the first 24 hours. 
  • If you would like to exchange the order, such as size, color, etc…please make sure your request is sent within the time frame.

REFUND POLICY

Tom Gardens prides itself with highest quality products and paying attention to detail. We always try to provide the best products and services for every customer.

Below are the conditions under which a refund will be granted:

  • If the product you purchased is Defective/ Damaged 

If the product you received does not match the product you ordered in the order information. In this case, please send the product back to the seller and we will refund you.

  • For refund requests, the item must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Wrong buyer information

  • Your refund request will be accepted within 15 days after delivery date. In this case, the item must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

DAMAGED / LOW – QUALITY ITEM

To proceed with the returns & refund quickly and effectively, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged part of the item. Ideally, the items should be photographed on a flat surface, with the tag and clearly displayed error.

We will use this information to help you with your order and to prevent repeated errors in the future.
